Family Members
Family Members:
When you have a family, someone takes care of others who needs to be taken care of. So we developed this app that facilitates a family member to monitor and assist others. Our goal is to help and unite all members of the family to take care of each other and (say) parents, and make sure that if they forget or delay taking medications, or making appointments etc, someone else such as a daughter or a son will look into the situation and ensure that the medications are taken on time and appointments are kept as scheduled.
Doctors
Doctors:
Generally, one needs a family doctor or specialist to consult before the doctor can prescribe a medication. So we have a section for Doctors. Add the doctor’s information such as Name, Office name, Email address, Phone number, Physical address, website. We have also facilitated to upload the doctor’s photo and the office name-logo as well.
When viewing the info, one can click on the phone number to make a direct call, click on address to open Google Map directions and also click on email to open the email window.
If there is no doctor, one can choose “No Doctor” until you are ready to add an actual doctor’s info.

Pharmacies
Pharmacies:
Besides having a doctor who will prescribe certain medication, one may get it locally from a local pharmacy or order it online. This section allows you to enter the basic pharmacy’s information etc and will have the similar feature as Doctor’s page.
Add the pharmancy’s information such as Name, Office name, Email address, Phone number, Physical address, website. We have also facilitated to upload the doctor’s photo and the office name-logo as well.
When viewing the info, one can click on the phone number to make a direct call, click on address to open Google Map directions and also click on email to open the email window.
If there is no pharmacy just create a dummy one.

Medicines
Medicines:
As mentioned earlier, one could have doctor’s prescribed medicines or Over-the-Counter medicines or Vitamins or such, they can be added with details.
Patient Name:
Medicine Name:
Strength: Such as 10mg or 5ml
Dose: How many pills, puffs etc. need to be taken.
Select Times = From drop-down select hour and min and AM PM.
A Notification will be sent to the family member at the time of taking the medication. At that time click on green check mark for taken the medication. Or click on the red cross for NOT taking the medication. Important, if no action is taken the response within certain time will automatically change to NOT taken.
= Taken = Not taken
Hospitals
Add Hospitals Info:
A family member may or may not need a hospital information but we have set up a section for Hospitals so that in the event you may need to contact or visit them, the Hospital information is on hand. Usually, a hospital name is assigned via your medical insurance coverage, so it is better to select one or two that you feel are right for you.
Select Hospital from the right menu bar and set up the hospital’s information.
Add the Hospital’s information such as:

Address:
Website:
Doctor’s Photo:
Hospital Logo:
When viewing the info, one can click on the:

Rehabs – Rehabilitation Facilities
Set up Rehabilitation Facilities info:
Once you reach a certain age and need medical treatment, one might also may need Rehabilitation or some sort of exercise etc. To assist the family member or members, we have included a separate category for Rehabilitation.
Select Rehabilitation and set up the rehab service provider’s s information.

When viewing the info, one can click on the:

Appointments
Set up Appointments:
One can set up an appointments for Doctor, Pharmacy etc.

Notifications
Regular + Critical
There are 2 types of Notifications – Regular and Critical:
Regular Notifications: In our Lite version, we have included Regular Notifications.
Critical Notifications:
A notification is considered as “Critical”, when the doctor has prescribed certain medication has to be taken at a certain time (or in a certain time frame say by 9am or between 9-10). If the notification is not responded, meaning the medication was NOT taken (not responded in the app), then a notification is sent to the designated/responsible family member.
Thus the family member will try to follow up with the responsible family member [for example the son needs to follow up with the mom as to why she did not take the medication].
